• Practice And Review of the Beginner Course
Three days Practice and Review of the beginner course.

22nd, 23rd and 24th of July 2011

in Moegeldorf, on the outs curt of Nurember, just 3min.walk from the Reichswald(a beautiful waste pine forest) and 15 min. cycling from the city centre and from the historical sites. The workshop will cover the material of the beginner course, focusing on feeling and touch, posture and adjustments.
The cost of the 3 days is € 370.
It includes the course fee, three vegetarian meals a day and shared accommodation.

• Side Position and Shoulder Techniques

26th and 27th of July 2011

The course will include stretches and acupressure points to use in the Side Position to alleviate shoulder tensions. The course will run on the 26th and 27th of July 2011 in Moegeldorf, Nuremberg (see location above).
